Easy Access User Policies are as under
Be Polite to your Driver/Worker
 Greet your Driver/Worker with a smile, and be respectful at all times
 Feel free to play your music, but be mindful of loud music and conversations
that may while driving
Keep the cars fresh and clean
 Please avoid any form of littering, spilling food, banging car doors; this is unfair
to the driver, the next customer and to Easy Access’s quality.
 If you must smoke, please do so outside.
Ensure full and instant payment of your fare.
 Cash payments: Keep enough cash and change ready in advance. Otherwise, ask
your driver to stop by an ATM to ensure instant settlement
 Card payments: Ensure your debit/credit card is uploaded and valid
Always add accurate pickup and drop off locations
 Use the GPS when possible and guide the Driver if your location is tricky.
 Save your frequent pickup and drop-off locations in the app for smoother
 If you have a preferred route, please inform the driver in advance
Be ready on time, and avoid unnecessary cancellations
 Parking is a challenge, so try not to make the driver wait once they have arrived.
 Be ready at pick-up point as soon as your captain arrives to avoid waiting and/
or cancellation charges. Drivers have the right to cancel the ride after 5 -10
minutes of waiting time.
Appreciate your Driver for his service!
 Remember to take all your items as you exit the car. In case you forget, don’t
panic, our Drivers are trustworthy and will deliver it to Easy Access Office.
 Thank your Driver, and when satisfied, reward them with a 5-star rating and a
 Remember to always rate your Driver fairly as it affects their earnings and
Prioritize safety and never engage in any illegal activities
 No alcohol or drugs. Ever!
 Do not ask your Driver to break any local laws. Ex. Speed limits or off-limit
 Always wear your seatbelt, and remember that the passenger limit is equal to
seatbelts in a car
 Be mindful of inappropriate language or offensive gestures
1) Car damages caused by Customers must be compensated by Customers.
2) Late payments and non-settlement lead to unfortunate deactivation of Easy
Access’s services and/or balance in your wallet.
3) Ride fares, peak pricing, traffic, road closures, or weather conditions are not
under driver’s control. Please check estimator to have a range of fare.

Easy Access Partner Policy/Terms & Conditions
Easy Access provides a digital network which functions as a marketplace where people who seek
personal transportation services, the delivery of goods, products, medicines, restaurant meals, epayment services, and/or other offered services can be matched with our partners “Drivers” who
can provide the Services. Following are policies that shall be strictly followed by a Partner
1) Compliance with law
All partners must protect our company’s legality. They should comply with all environmental,
safety and fair dealing laws.
2) Personal appearance
All partners must follow our dress code and personal appearance guidelines.
3) Corruption
We discourage partners from accepting gifts from clients. We prohibit briberies for the benefit of
any external or internal party. No partner is allowed to do
4) Ethics & Restrictions
All partners must maintain respect toward their customers and shall not be involved in any
unethical act such as, harassment etc. Upon complain, the company holds the rights to BAN the
partner from using the Easy Access platform and shall proceed as per Laws of Pakistan.
Partner agrees that he/she will not:
a. Stalk, threaten, or otherwise harass any person (including other Users making
simultaneous use of the Service), or carry any weapons
b. Violate any law, statute, rule, permit, ordinance or regulation
c. Post information or interact on our Platform or with respect to Services in a manner
which is false, inaccurate, misleading (directly or by omission or failure to update
information), defamatory, libelous, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually
oriented, threatening, harassing, or illegal
d. Use narcotics or alcohol
e. Use our platform in any way that infringes any third party’s rights, including but not
limited to: intellectual property rights, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or
other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
f. Post, email or otherwise transmit any malicious code, files or programs designed to
interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or
hardware or telecommunications equipment or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate
any system, data or personal information
g. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any
information transmitted through our platform
h. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, license or sublicense our platform or access to any
portion of our platform
i. Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic
device or process to retrieve, index, scrape, “data mine”, or in any way reproduce or
circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of our platform or its contents
j. Transfer or sell your User account, password and/or identification to any other party
k. Discriminate against or harass anyone on the basis of race, national origin, religion,
gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status,
age or sexual orientation etc.
5) Account
All partners shall maintain the security and secrecy of their Account username and password at all
times. Partners agree & understand that they are responsible for all activity that occurs under their
Account, even as a result of loss, damage or theft of the device through which they access the Easy
Access Platform.
6) Age Limit
Minimum Age limit to become partner of Easy Access is 18 Years and having valid documentation
such as CNIC and driver’s license.
7) Code of Conduct
a. You may not authorize third parties to use your Account, and you may not allow persons
under the age of 15 to receive transportation services from Captains unless they are
accompanied by you or another adult.
b. It is your sole responsibility to wear helmets at all times while riding motorbike.
c. You are responsible for ensuring that the safety of passengers. You may ask them to wear
helmet/safety belts.
d. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity.
e. You shall not, for the avoidance of doubt, use the Easy Access Platform to transport,
facilitate or procure the transport of illegal or banned substances or items.
f. You will not, in your use of the Easy Access Platform, cause nuisance, annoyance,
inconvenience, or property damage, whether to a Driver, Restaurant Partner, other third
party provider or any other party. In certain instances, you may be asked to provide proof
of identity to access or use the Easy Access Platform, and you agree that you may be denied
access to or use of the Easy Access Platform if you refuse to provide proof of identity.
Failure to comply with the terms of this section may result in our taking certain actions
against you, including but not limited to:
i. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use
the Easy Access Platform.
ii. Legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement
of all costs on an (including, but not limited to, reasonable
administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
iii. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we
feel is necessary and/or file a lawsuit case as per the matter.
8) Acceptance
That all partners hereby fully accept the foresaid terms, conditions and policies and upon any issue,
are liable to abide by Laws of Pakistan.
