How do I make a booking?
You can make bookings using our Mobile App, on our website or simply give us a call
Where will my Captain meet me at airport?
This depends on the airport you are travelling into so be sure to check your email confirmation or SMS for your specific pick up point.
How will I know my car is on the way? (Registration plate, no etc., model)
Shortly before the journey time, we will send you an SMS with the driver’s details including the make and model of the car and the Captain’s contact number. You will then be able to track your driver’s estimated time of arrival.
What times are your courier services available?
Our courier services are available for 24 hours a day and you can book our services from just a single call.
I've lost something in one of your cars. How do I get it back?
If you think you’ve lost an item in one of our vehicle, you can select any option for your recovery.

A member of the team will be in touch to provide an update. You can also contact the driver shortly after the booking to attempt to arrange to collect the item where possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
If your driver has been on the way to you when you cancel the booking or after booking you want to cancel your booking; call us to cancel your booking. We won’t charge you a cancellation fee.
How much luggage can I take with me in car?
This is all dependent on the size of the car and how many passengers are travelling.
How do I get a receipt?
You can easily get a receipt after the completion of ride.
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit/credit cards for online bookings. Alternatively, you can pay the driver in cash on the day.
Are your prices per vehicle or per passenger?
All our prices are per vehicle.
Will you meet us at any time of day?
Yes, we provide a service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call us or book online at any time.
